Seriously.
So, you're probably wondering what's with the ENORMOUS band aid on her forehead, right? Well, it started out as a teeny tiny speck of a sore. I don't know what that girl does while she sleeps, but it's obviously highly dangerous. Each time I get her out of her crib, the sore is bigger and bigger and bigger.
I've cut her nails down, but somehow she still finds a way to destroy her face. If you look closely, you can see blood in her bangs! When I went in to get her up this afternoon, her fingers and pillow were covered in blood. She frowned and pointed to it, saying: "It's a ouchie."
I'm taking any and all suggestions on how to keep her from creating a scar that will follow her to her senior prom. Help please!!
Peace of Christ to you,

P.S. I snapped this picture while Kate was in the middle of saying, "No touchy."
Ya think?
Try using bandaids on her fingertips or gloves while she sleeps.
ReplyDeleteVitamin E oil cuts down on scarring.
Keep face out of sun for 6 months.
I think I might have wayyyyy too much experience on this one. Too easy.
